I'm having a few problems with the strumming!

Okay so I've only been practicing strumming for like 2 days now, and it sounds horrible when I do it, I'm guessing that's just because I need practice. But one of the problems I'm having with this song is when you switch from the C chord to the A minor chord I struggle to NOT hitting the E string on the A minor chord. Has anyone got any tips please? Oh and also, the G major chord's a bit of a bitch to finger, I'm muting so many strings.

@Jangoski try using your thumb to mute the e string and they are diffrent ways to play the g chord try them see which one works for you

@Jangoski let your thumb hang over and lightly touch the Low E string, just very lightly touch it, thats all it takes to mute the low E string if your able to do it, thats the way most mute the low E string. your strumming will come in time just keep playing for 15/30 minutes every day or most days and it will. Good luck
