hey man props to you...i have been in the same situation a few times always able to bring it back luckily...there is a moment of clarity right when you know what you have to do isnt there lol. stop think listen control...i got one of my crashes on video well not a crash but close...my trex tail rotors exploded off the copter and started doing the piro of death if you know what i mean if you pay close attntion you can see a rotor fly through the air...check it out and comment.

Can it fly 3D whithout extram Upgrade?

@fly93sk You can fly 3D without any upgrades but the stock servos are pretty weak. If you fly it hard they will give up pretty soon. Replace the swashplate servos with metal-gear servos and the tail rotor servo with a faster one and it will fly really good!

Great save! You jumping/skipping back towards the cameraman had me cracking up laughing. Not to say I wouldn't do the same thing in that position. Luckily it was just the servo that had to be replaced, could have been a lot worse.

I just had the same thing happen except the servo locked in a neutral spot. My landing looked smoother because of that. But I don't have the vid to prove it, and you do.

when you replace servo, do you have to re-set up all the pitches and connections?

anytime you put in a new servo you need to be at midstick and all the servos have to 90 and all the servo must be the same

Hi Very nice save. I upgraded my servos after experiencing numerous stripped gears and bad centering from stock servos. Got JR 285mg's and no further problems.

Im using Hs-65-hb servo's in my blade 400, lots of people recommend them too.

The only thing i can fault so far with the blade 400 ,is the servo's it comes with,,the gears are very easy to strip.

yeh the default servos suck bad...i replaced them in the first day of flying after just one use one of the gears were stripped....plastic gears ...tisk tisk e flight. so add 100 bucks or so to the total, and becomes not as great a deal as you would like

did you notice any of the servos locking? mine did. one servo kept locking causing the heli to nosedive into the ground. I replaced them with hitech 65 metal gear servos and it works fine.
