Valdes, for get he has an amazing defence

Casillas has 8 cos his defence isnt amazing.

But for a 19year old to get 10 clean sheets in what is probably the second best league in the world without a world class defence is a REAL achievementn. He has beaten Casillas and Valdes isn't far ahead!

This is a seriously talented young goalkeeper. People seemed to criticise him against Barcelona, but didn't the great Casillas concede 5 in the Nou Camp a couple of seasons ago? For sure he will take over from Petr Cech in a few years!

@CFCTheZoren4 Both, I guess! I couldn't quite remember how long ago the 5-0 smashing was. Obviously, it goes to show Barcelona can do that to any keeper, so the criticism on Courtois was very harsh.

Leekens devrait lui donner sa chance lors des match amicaux et lui permettre petit à petit de prendre la place de Mignolet. Je le trouve plus sur que ce dernier. Un grand talent belge en tout cas, en tout que supporter du standard je me rappellerais toujours de ce fameux Genk-Standard de la saison dernière où il a vraiment fait une grosse prestation dans un match très tendu.

@BenjiWC Mignolet n'a jamais déçu en équipe nationale et il joue dans un grand championnat. C'est dur pour Courtois mais il est arrivé à une mauvaise période, un peu comme Bodart à l'époque de Pfaff, Preud'Homme et de Wilde.
