Her playing of Rameau, Francois Couperin, and Marchand in the 1980s was splendid, vibrant, poignant, and fresh... and almost all of what came after so very tiring, stale, and deadly over-serious.
Only a woman could have figured out to put the Gigue - (ie the entire philosophy and conclusion of the work) - into second place in the four-part suite :)

You have nice phrase structure which is meaningful, not an easy task for this music which was so unrestricted in it´s format.
It could almost pass for lute music, which is indeed a compliment.
