No discussion his maneuver was stupid, but You also didn't do quite well.. as a good driver You should anticipate dangerous behaviour from other drivers and take some evasive "actions" to prevent potential crash. Your reaction was good but way to late... at least 2 seconds late - it doesn't sound like much but it is while driving, try to improve next time and react before, just when You see the danger.

@JareckiJ Yes, you're right. I just didn't expect that someone would not hear my 3-4 seconds horn. Likely for me there was a left shoulder and I knew this can be used as my safety net. Even though I knew I may be criticized by many for my behavior I still thinking that this should be a good "educational video" of what we can expect while driving. And thanks to people like you who give their honest opinion I/we can discuss those types of situations and improve the safety on our roads.

I know that express/local split very well. I've had people 'Jersey Slide' across several lanes infront of me many times trying to get to one side or the other last second. Especially those without EZ-Pass trying to get over to the express side. They don't realize the express EZ-Pass drivers don't have to really slow down to pay the toll thus are still going 65 mph + at that split while others have to accelerate from stopping at the toll. btw what are you using to record your videos?

There is one big case from Russia, where one man pushed antother (he wanted to kill him?) while some driver was passing by - he wasn't convicted because of video record. He run (runed) over this man, without prof he would be in jail for many years (imagine what happens with the body when car is running trough it...).
