I had this product for three days and couldn't wait to return it. I had no siginal anywhere even when using the special headphones. The only place I received signal was in the middle of my yard standing still but If I moved it went out. If you walk anyway but south the unit doesn't get signal. Wost product I've ever bought

This guy doesnt get the it. Ya the signal hard is to get when you are walking around because of the limitations of the satellite signal.

What it great about the product is that it is a xm home, car (once you buy the kit), and portable unit as well as a mp3 player.

Standalone signal being weak isnt that big of a deal since you can record all the good songs off the radio and listen to it anytime you want.
