Actually, my question is: Where's the list of ingredients? Are there written instructions anywhere? I feel like I'm missing a step or something. Thanks!
@2close2themoon Hi there! Please visit the website for a printable recipe of this salsa. You can perform a search at the top right of the page. Thanks for coming by!
@pastryparrot1 I did -- is it "Roasted Tomatillo Salsa? Because the only things on that page are this video again, and a ton of Flash ads. There's another page, Salsa with Tomatillos – Easy Tomatillos Salsa Recipe, but that's boiled. Am I supposed to roast the stuff from the Roasted video but then use the other one? I'm confused. I even tried looking at the page on a different computer in case it was mine. Thanks.
@PopTVTeacher Hey there! No, it is not an habanero. I can't find any of those peppers down here. This is called a locoto. I will make a video on South American chilis soon. Thanks so much for coming by!
@nameofthepen This pepper is actually a 'locoto' - native to the Andes. It is as 'mild' as a jalapeno but not as brutal as a habanero! You're funny! Thanks for coming by!
Who cares what it looks like if it tastes good?

Maryanne - ha ha...I think telling people that habanero chilis are like jalapeños is risking "assassination by Scoville overload". :D
But still, thumb UP on this. I'm a Calfornia kitteh - the hottah the bettah. :D

@nameofthepen Are you sure she said habanero? They look a bit big for habaneros, maybe it's just the video ? :p ... lol
PopTVTeacher 1 year ago
@PopTVTeacher - I looked in the pan. They sure look exactly like the habaneros I buy.
Personally, I *love* the both the taste of habanero, and their "clean heat" which hits hard, then fades completely. :-)

I really like the idea of Roasting them on the skillet instead of open flame.
Please put the recipe for the red standard sauce that they put on burritos in taquerias. Thank You. Keep smiling.
