These kites were invented in Singapore, and the GFK Night Flyers are the organization of people who build and fly them. They aren't cheap though - they are made with high quality components and they take some TLC to keep them flight worthy. Looking at about $400-500 for the controller and kite. Cheap ripoffs are on eBay for $50 but don't fly worth a da@#.
