Thats Not an anaconda!, it is the elusive cobra Grangi. but obviously a young one. the tail isnt cut off, thats a natural configuration. WOW. its incredible.

@Devilution Right; however, I don't think that the snake is actually missing a piece of its tail. I think that the species just is born with one. I didn't see any sign of damage suggesting it had been bitten, cut, or torn off.

Umm dude... I am sorry to tell you but the Green Anaconda is the largest species of anaconda and the yellow anaconda is the second largest. And yes this is a South American Green Anaconda. The heaviest snake in the world. The Reticulated python of Southeast Asia is the longest snake in the world.
