Great video on making nacho's but I have a couple suggestions. First, unless that was a metal utensil safe pan, you shouldn't use metal spatula's etc on non stick pans. The teflon coating flakes and is not good for you. Second, you shouldn't drain grease in the sink because it will get clogged. Trust me if your living in a dorm and they call the plumbers to unclog the sink and the culprit can't be found they'll take it out of your deposit.
