  • great version. you can hear all the instruments, They are EBM pioneers. The whole reason I love Indusrial, it is so diverse and many branches like ebm, darkwave ect.....

  • Why does this sound so different to the album version

  • hey I never noticed the keyboard guy is the same guy that used to play with The Kovenant. Nice :)

  • apop was better with this guys

  • @deathofangel789 what do you mean?

  • @ieroluver72 well the only one that stills remaning in the band y groth the oderones left the band

  • This track is so wicked...just killing me :,(

  • Yeah, throw some power chords and headbanging in. Shits not gonna crossover, sorry. Id say nice attempt but it wasnt.

  • First band I -ever- saw live. They still hold a special place in my heart.

  • I can't find this version ANYWHERE.

  • This is not the original version, the one in Harmonizer is way better.

  • Wow, these guys are cheesy as hell. It must be hard to make a living when your music only appeals to goths that also happen to be gay.

  • This a wonderfully cruchy remake!! :) Love it!!!

  • is this a remake? or an original song? ive heard this before , same lyrics same music, but the guitar was different, ahh i wish i could remember where i heard it!!!

  • Outstanding. This Norwegian band is outstanding.

  • Beautiful just simply Fucking Beautiful.

  • love this :)

  • CARALEO MUITO FODA RAPAIIIIIIII!

  • Jesus can fix everything and anything

  • That's why you gotta love internet.

Step 1 - type in word "unicorn" in google to check the spelling.

Step 2 - Find an awsum song.

    o.o

  • the song that got me into this band :)

  • Since the comments here have nothing to do with the video i might as well join in with my opinion.I do not think any country has bands or singers that can been considered of a lesser quality than any other country. For certain it cannot be said that every form of music from one country inparticular is inferior.

As for what genre Apop are-everyone will have an opinion but why the need to catagorize at all ?.I agree with the person who said they are just what they are.

  • esta genial el video y la rola wooow

  • umm emo and gay

  • i just stumbled upon this band - mind fuck - totally mind fuckingly awesome.

  • for me this is for 15 years old.

  • Reminds me of Latent Anxiety.

  • Hello metalheads, emo's, goths, scene, punks. Instead of a Metal rebellion i propose a new plan. 1. Don't bash other metal artists, we must unite! We cant fight against pop music if we arent even together 2. Watch more and more metal videos or other and copy this to them, so we can get to power...^^

  • @MeinKleinTier Nah. Synthpop is more pop musicy..new wave influenced. Futurepop is undeniably trance.

  • European musicians are better than American

  • @schranztech Oh, we have some good electronic musicians here in the US. If you like trance at all, as I very much do, we've got Tritonal from Austin, Texas. They're very talented DJ's and have also produced a bunch of their own stuff too. Google them.

  • @Thepylot78 oh america discorverd trance? lolz

  • @schranztech im not defending Americans nor bagging on European, im just gonna say that, that is an incredibly ignorant comment

  • Comment removed

  • @schranztech ok good sir im gonna start by asking how old you are because im gonna feel bad if im raging out at the ignorance of a 10 yr old. 1. lady gaga and jay z are the worst musicians i know of and saying that thats all america has to offer puts u roughly on their inteligence level 2. jeff loomis and jason becker on the other hand write music on a level you couldn't even begin to comprehend... obviously both american btw this is tyles10000

  • @schranztech i ran outta space with the other message but i wanted to say that the moral of the story here is that you can't say that a certain country has better music than another country. no ifs no buts, you just can't say it (without looking like a retard)

  • @rifewithfear yes I can, thumbs say so =p now please stop arguing

  • @schranztech well yeah, i guess you can say whatever you want, just don't say something that ignorant in real life... people will judge. oh and btw i am neither American nor European but i guess that doesn't really matter as im not saying one is better than the other

  • @rifewithfear I for one do believe that one should be allowed to say his or her opinion. And by the way, I too think that european bands are generally better than american ones. That is simply my opinion and it has nothing to do with hypothetical ignorance or the sort.

  • @tyles10000

Nope. He's right. Norwegian, German, etc. bands are amazing!

  • @Krow83 yeah but you don't know every last musician from America nor Europe. there are amazingly talented musicians from all over the world and no one has a broad enough knowledge of all of them to give an educated opinion on which country is better. (and sorry if im coming across as a bit of a troll)

  • @rifewithfear

Then we only have to go on what we DO know, eh? Doesn't mean it isn't possible, just means that there's no indication that is the case.

  • @schranztech I am American,and i totally agree with you.haha

  • @schranztech Well duh (to an extent cuz i'm american too and i love my country)

  • @schranztech Thats a retarded comment considering most of American musicians are influinced from Europe and vise versa these days. You're just promoting blatent arrogent (and confusing) racism

  • Comment removed

  • @69godofme420 hell yea thats racism, fuck off filthy jew!

  • @69godofme420 its just the truth. most commercial scum came especially from the usa^^

in addition: if u rly think this is racism, than you are highly retarted

  • @schranztech because they play for music, not for fame ! ;)

  • @PixXx31 can't agree more :)

  • @schranztech

there's imperative reaction. they're from california.

  • @starberry2947 Norway, if you know what/where is it.

  • @schranztech

    huh?

  • @starberry2947 exactly

  • @schranztech

i meant Imperative Reaction was from california dumbass -_- not Apoptygma Berzerk

  • @schranztech European music is poo in the ass crack of creation

  • Fred Durst is the father of all gothic industrial metal.

  • @schranztech I've preferred the style for many years now. Seems their music has meaning.

  • @schranztech Agreed. Except....Trent Reznor is a fucking god to me.

  • @schranztech agreeeeeeeeeeeeeed. theyre much more delicioussssss

  • @schranztech I'm not American and i prefer Nine inch nails. . .

  • @mazakiel 1000 people, 1000 tastes. I wrote what I think. I just want to say smthng, because I have a lot of replies on my comment here. If you type "music of '90s": in search bar, you'll hear very nice music called Eurodance. In past decade, there weren't so much quality artists in my opinion. Maybe at beginning - 2001 or 2002 (Kosheen, Chemical Brothers, PRODIGY (90s too)... etc) And they were all from Europe. Now we have Rihanna, Lady Gaga, Justin... For shame.

  • @schranztech Dude I never even said it was wrong or right what you liked. You made a blanket statement and i sarcastically responded. Good music comes from everywhere so does bad music.

  • Norway, is there anything from that country that isn't badass?

  • Lead singer of Depeche mode much???

  • *fan girl screams* I totally love this band!!! most awesome thing ever!

  • I like this sound

  • Fuck yeah! Unicorns ROCK!

    Shame about the song, though.

  • This is not the version I was expecting.

    Not bad.

  • the singer in this band (Stephan) is my godfather XD

  • @vilde1312 tell him to get his facking music back on track then

  • @vilde1312 tell him to get his facking music back on track then!!!!

  • How to hell, is impossible to make such a deep music:)

  • This is kinda like a radio edit; I prefer the duet version more off Harmonizer.

  • @CZ3RO1 This song has few versions. You have Duet Version, Harmonizer Version and Video Version and two others if I have good memory. But I write You about three the most popular - I think.

Maybe like from radio but it as for aspecially for music video ^^

  • I like the old and "new" Apop... i know a lot of people dont like the newer stuff but I still do

  • This tune has no references to Unicorns whatsover. Total BS

  • @NYMPH3T4M1N3 Unicorns were supposed to have the power to heal. He's saying this girl can heal him.

  • yeah i love this

  • Wierdest music video ever.

  • How did I get this band in my recommendations? Oh well I like the still anyways. I guess that all that matters.

  • dunno what genre this song falls into, and don't care it frigging rocks !

  • @tbfbigbadben Industrian Dance Music!

  • @rybograham LONG LIVE INDUSTRIAN DANCE MUSIC

  • my fav song from them ^ - ^

    that girl is smokin'!

  • QUE CHEVERE ESTA CANCIONNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN YO FUI AL CONCIERTO ESTUVOOO SUPER!

  • The white coat

  • their OLD stuff is good.. hmm

  • What, this is not EBM, this is industrial.

Industrial, most seen as techno, and rock.

    Techno-metal.

    Techno-Deathmetal.

that being post-industrial. Original industrial was quite the same, but more punk rock and light synthesizers. And a lot of Jazz and random objects making noise.

  • Why does people keep comparing these guys to other bands? They're Apoptygma Berzerk, dammit. They're not really EBM, not industrial. If anything they're some sort of electronic rock, but in the end they're just Apoptygma Berzerk, a goddamn awesome band from Norway.

  • @TheBlackVideos Their style and music is Cyberpunk

  • @cedarvalley No it's not. Cyberpunk is not a genre. And even if it was, Apop doesn't have anything in common with punk music. They've some EBM songs which is electro and often combined with the cyberpunk culture, but they're more like electronic rock. And their style has changed a lot over the years. Rocket Science for an example is a lot more rock driven where their earlier works are more electro driven.

  • @TheBlackVideos

we can all argee with that

  • @TheBlackVideos They are future pop, and they are good I dont see them ar all like a rock band.

  • @rodzeroher You need to listen to their later stuff. They were futurepop/EBM 'till You And Me Against The World. From then on they've taken a more electronic rock turn.

  • @TheBlackVideos that is probably the reason I like them :D

  • @TheBlackVideos : That's right!

  • Apop The Best Music...........

  • Where can I get this version of the song in Mp3?

  • @KUROGUY windows: free studios (downloader)

    Mac: realplayer (downloader)

  • music reminds me a bit of rammstein but different singing

  • O: esta cancion es muy buena.. :D tambien lo es el remix que hace de ella hocico :D

  • ♥It Thank You!!

  • Muy buen concierto ayer (Y)

  • his voice sounds mysteriously like depesche modes singer

  • @beverlymakenzie I don't think so. This guy and Dave sound completely different.

  • NOS VEMOS EN LIMA !

  • got to love over dramatic emo guys with poor vocals

  • people throwing around the word "EBM" too much, this is hardly proper EBM

  • @LOLHICRONO This comes no where close to ebm

Apoptygma Berzerk - "Ashes To Ashes" comes close to that term, however

  • @ThePoisonDoor "this comes no where close to ebm" yeah that's exactly what i was saying...

  • Not finding this version of Unicorn...could someone tell me on wich album or single?

  • @codefileblack it's on the Unicorn single

  • Good.

Love his voice! Agh, they're so awesome!

  • i like the guitars white boi!

  • yeah album version is awesome. Paranoia is the best. APOP!

  • Never heard of this band. Pretty good. Ima have to look into them.

  • I like both versions of this song. They each have a different feel and I like them both.

  • I think the guitars are the best thing about this song \o/

  • the guitar was a bad idea. song sounds better without the distorted guitars.. sounds to pretentious!! dare i say Marlyn Manson

  • stfu

  • you + computer = no life perhaps?

  • @deidira

    = No mental breakdown.

  • what the f' is wrong with rock'n'roll Asians?

  • @BassistOfTheDamned

    Nothing. Why do you ask?

  • @CleansWithRag I don't really remember what brought this on anymore, but someone was talking about them in the thread in a derogatory sense I think?

  • @BassistOfTheDamned

    oh. Ok.

  • @mozz11 Um.

If you don't mind me asking... how exactly do distorted guitars = pretentious in your book?

    Honestly, I'm curious.

  • i agree i dont like the guitars they should stick to electronic. welcome to earth was my fav album

  • well, i am not by any means a musician but i have been listening to underground music for many years. and going by apop's previous albums this is kinda of a sell out in my eyes.. pretentious? come n it's only obvious... your not really that naive.... are you?

  • welcome to earth was my fave too. 7 was good too.

  • just stfu

  • @mozz11

Well that's 1 way to look at it.

    *I* liked it.

If you care, Freezepop made 2 remixes of this song.

  • I guess Apop are not members of Peta...

    ;-)

Anyways, one of the better Songs from the Harmonizer Album. :-)

  • Some great music out of Norway.A great talent-pool for a small nation.

  • To bad people here don't see it.

  • Too bad people here can't spell.

  • This must be where Dark electro came from ... Cyber goth music .... artists like Yade.

  • @AntagonistMusic apop created that stuff

  • What about the Unicorn bit ? I want to know about a unicorn... haha

  • lol i have like 4 or 5 different versions of this song, suuuu guuuud lol
