Interesting. I believe that's Bruce (& James Lee's) Lee's student Bob Baker acting as Bruce's dummy here, & clearly over-reacting, being a good uke for his instructor. Bob Baker, of course, went on to do personal security work for Bruce in Hong Kong as well as appearing in Fist of Fury (AKA The Chinese Connection) as Bruce's Russian opponent.
