Science is never to be consecrated. It must always be questioned and distrusted. We non-scientists must remain vigilant. It's too easy to be suckered into any branch of science that wishes to become a religion. Science must provide proof & evidence and much more than just their so-called "peer-review" & "consensus." If something doesn't add up then forsake it and move on. Science must be anti-bureaucratic. The free-market must drive it, not governmental hand-outs.
