I thought this looked simple, so i took a 15lb. kettlebal and started at 25 reps, counting down from there. I was wrong, i finished the kettleball part and got 3 sets of 25,24,23 reps of the squat thrusts. I have learned the lesson. This took me 21minutes and some seconds.
I usually workout 5 times a week and I started doing that routine last week. It is SO exhausting. I can't do it completely as I only have ~45 min to workout but still, I'm DONE after it. Thanks Nat!
I tried this routine today. I tried it on low weight so as not to overdo it, and will add more next time; but it definitely gets the blood pumping and the sweat flowing. Thanks!
Hey Nat, this looks great, but one quick question. When doing the Single Arm Dumbell Swing, are you supposed to alternate between arms (the 1st 15 are on the right, then the 14 left etc), or does it matter which arm you use at all?
Do you pick one exercise and do a countdown, or do you do both of them, counting down for each? If it's the latter, do you alternate, like 15-15-14-14-13-13, or do you do a full 'countdown set' then move on to the second exercise?

You do both exercises.Example 15 reps Single Arm Dumbbell swing left and right arm and then move to 15 reps squat thrust. After you repeat 14 reps Single Arm Dumbbell swing left and right arm and then move to 14 reps squat thrust. Etc.
Ah a Pyramid. Now that's a set of exercise that will make someone sweat. I will give this one a shot as well and replace it with one of my other circuits for a bit to get a better feel.

@ibanezbloke Thanks, to answer you question its 15 on the right and 15 on the left, then 14 right and 14 left.
The workout is no joke seems simple but it is hard.
