theres actually some kind of secret in the bottle, i think it goes like this: in the bottom of the bottle, theres 2 holes in the side of the ruins. in one of those, there's a door. you cant open it, but if you get the camera angle right, you can see a book behind it. that book was going to be the level. you had to go to the bottom of the bottle to get the old man's book. for some reason, maybe so noki bay had 2 red coin lvls, they changed it, but the release date was too soon to delete it.

I personally find the red coins in the game much harder, maybe thats just because i've 100% the game 3 times now (by 100% I mean all 121 stars as both mario and luigi, and i've done that 3 times, so i've gone through each mission at least 6 times now, some missions i've done more because i've liked them so much.)
