@CptSchmidt To love your customers, you don't need to be an expert. Read/study and practice the book of Proverbs. (its in the Bible) That book tells us all how to behave toward one another. God is Love. If we fill up on His Word, we'll be filling up on Love. Whatever we fill up on, we automatically give out to others.
how expert can you be when you're not full time because they won't give you it and you're being paid minimum wage?
