In all fairness... Dale knows her stuff in the kitchen, she & I have spoken about me helping her get her marinara to market, which I think would be great. I think she said she was leaning towards using her maiden (Italian) name as the brand? But she also knows there's a lot more built-in recognition with her Missing Persons brand name, so we'll see what she ends up doing.
