Barbarians of Lemuria (I've run a lot of 1-shots with the free and pay for version), BRP (my new love), and NWOD Changeling: the Lost (I love this beautiful book).
Honorable mention:
H.A.R.P. (High Adventure Role Playing) which has a lot of great things in it, but I think it needs to go through another edition. H.A.R.P. is like Rolemaster's little cousin.
Well talking about systems, and not the game itself... My first favorite would be Shadowrun 3rd edition, second favorite would be Anima Beyond Fantasy, and 3rd favorite would be Chronicles of Ramlar (strictly for the character advancement system, not for the game itself).
My favorite RPGs however are C:tL, Shadowrun 3rd ed., and Alternity.
Top Three eh? Hmm... that's tough.
In no particular order:
Barbarians of Lemuria (I've run a lot of 1-shots with the free and pay for version), BRP (my new love), and NWOD Changeling: the Lost (I love this beautiful book).
Honorable mention:
H.A.R.P. (High Adventure Role Playing) which has a lot of great things in it, but I think it needs to go through another edition. H.A.R.P. is like Rolemaster's little cousin.

WoD. I kind of missed out on V:tM, but I'm quickly becoming a fan of nWoD. Can't wait to get in on a game of V:tR, C:tL or H:tV.
