Yes it is Tazz, you can unlock him in Road To Wrestlemania or you could just put in the cheat code alot more easy haha. As for The Rock and Stone Cold, They are not in the game this year. Their aren't any legends in the game at all this year.
theyre saving most of the legends for the upcoming game "WWE Legends of Wrestlemania" and tazz is an unlockable wrestler...like boogeyman and hawkins & ryder...to me the only legend thats in the game is...well heres one word to sum it up!! WOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!
for psp only you need This brought down the opponent and press L or R I do not remember which one is for the finisher.
