Also, last time I checked, creatine sits in the stomach before being digested so being "dissolved" in water first would be irrelevant since it's dissolved in your stomach ;)
@brballinger yes i agree that it's dissolved in stomach...but that's why dissolving it before in water let it to be "immediatly" used in muscles through blood. You know what i mean?
NICE! thats how to waste 3/4 of the dose if you're lucky. IT MUST BE DISSOLVED IN WATER AS MUCH AS YOU CAN
