    can i haz a cheezburger now??? :D

  • Im confused by the comments, Is it truly better either way wether a cat is indoors or outdoors? I have two year-old kittens that I rescued from the streets, they have free roam of the house and I make sure to feed them specific food that includes greens they would be getting outside. Basically outside my house there is no parks or green, just busy roads.

  • @talkingtaco5 then its better just to keep your cat indoor .

  • @TheJelly1990

but now people say that keeping them indoors shortens their lives? I just want them to live long and be happy hard to know what to do

  • @talkingtaco5 It really depends on circumstance. With lots of roads around your house I would be very cautious about letting cats out, their lives may be MUCH shorter for it. But if you have a safe neighbourhood with not too many cars and lots of gardens to run around in, then it is better for the cats to let them out. In your case i'd keep them in, or let them out for a time under supervision but really you don't want them ending up on a busy road and getting squished.

  • GUYSSSSSS YOOUUU BETTEERRR SHUUTTTTTT THHHEEE FUUCCCKKKKK UPPPPPPP!!!!!!

  • wtf does any of this opinionated political bullshit have to do with a cute/funny/win lolcat video?

  • @shessunshine I agree totally. my son made this video cos the cat kept coming the back door, the climbing out the window. we had just been burgled the day before and the cat was a little light relief. not staged, she got up there herself and she's continued to do this . its what she does!!! thanks Shesunshine. I hope my son TheRebel hasn't read all these comments.

  • It's funny how it's butt gets stuck'd in the window.

  • and to beilieve that some tards would call this animal abuse...wow....gay...........

  • screw you guys, I'm leaving.

  • inside, outside... as least the cat has a home. Better than being a stray or having to be put down at a shelter.

  • the squeaking sound was the lady's voice if u didn't know :)

  • @MrPainterbob squeaking sound is in fact the cat, i am the laughing mother and if you listen carefully the cat does squeak! :-)

  • 0:19 Spidercat!

  • The women filming are squeakier than the cat.

  • @KingCrizzo lol thumbed up!

  • Big booty kittens? haha

  • lol That is funny

  • that cat plays it off incredibly smooth "stuck!? who me? im just getting a better view...-.-" LMAO

  • Fat Lady Laughs In EVERY VIDEO.

  • Holy shit. O_o

That cat can jump pretty damn high!

  • @FuzzyHead007 Nope it's not jumping. At that height, it flew up the window

  • @Suiax the cat jumped up! I can assure you. not forced, not put there, but jumped.:-)

  • Hahahaha!

  • Cats really seem to like squeezing themselves through stuff, for some reason O_o.

  • the fat ass of the cat is awesome XD and the sliding is hilarious XD

  • sw thats awesome... here is a really great vid and here are some guys discussing about things they dont even know i tiny little bit about...

btw the 4 year thing is bullshit and the "when they go out they live longer" is bullshit too XD how i love this ^^ every cat is different and they can get good shape inside aswell! btw there are humans who dont do sports at all and are healthier than some sportmen ;) calm down and stop discussing things like that.. get a clue XD

  • @yokophoenix i love it when ppl think they're experts! don't you? bahahaha.

  • @yokophoenix If you can show me a human who doesn't do any physical activity at all and is healthier than an athlete who hasn't taken any drugs, then I'll call that a miracle and believe you on that bit. Otherwise, that is BS.

  • @yokophoenix u cant compare humans to cats...

  • Animal abuse animal abuse animal abuse. They brainwashed that poor little kitteh into thinking squeaky escapes are funny.

  • @bloodySunday77 Hate that I have to ask, but... sarcasm?

  • @PachiPMT Yes... just a mental note to all those poor souls that mention "animal abuse" in every single animal video.

  • 9 times out of 10 there is always a woman with a laugh you could kill a small animal with.

  • Wait, was that the woman's laugh or the cat sliding down the glass making that noise? Either way, it's still funny! :P

  • Thu catiz dewin the greht e-skepp

  • Im so outa here !

  • I hate people who keep their cats locked up indoors

  • can i haz freedum?

  • Ah, I love fights over the internet... come on, I'm sure they got the fucking cat after it went outside. Chill out.

  • ahahaaaa

  • you know for a second, I really thought that her great big ass was seriously stuck in the window =w=

  • Ninja cat!!

  • Lol it's funny how it slid down the window slightly.

  • и хуле здесь смешного?

  • @djagro1998 Cat ass.

  • All 3 of my cats go out every night and come back in for their break fast every morning, we train them from a young age to do their buisness outside and they love it, always playing and then just come in when they like x

  • @tonimusher You don't need to put an 'x' at the end of your sentence. It doesn't make you look sweet or friendly.

  • @TomxLx93 ....im sorry that a letter of the alphabet offends you so badly xxxxxxxxx

  • I think what's really dangerous is that the cat could get stuck in the tilted window. It happens often and cats get severe injuries from it or even die.

  • Fat ass!

  • Didn't he die?

    "No."

  • well I live in the country and all my cats have lived long ass lives, my first Cat when I WAS really young lived 22 years, Freckles I miss ya bud, he was a long haired Siamese

He truly was a freak of nature, slept in the rain outside , I swear I wish I had a video camera back then It would have made some awesome videos of him.

  • Why the hell is there a flame war on a video of a cat?!?!

  • @NintendoKiddd It's the internet. We have a flame war for everything here.

  • the conclusion is , if you are living in a big city or in a middle of a busy city , it might be healthier to just keep your cat indoor

  • Hahaha. Fat ass window squeegee!

  • AH HAGH HAGH HAGH HAGH

  • @maulcs mr. crabs?

  • oh god i gotta drop a few pounds next time >_>

  • LOL!!!This very funny. A cat that can escape by a window. How genieus&creative is that=-D

    Peace Out People

  • 2 dislikes

  • Lmao omg! So stinkin cute!

  • DAT ASS

  • I find it really funny people think it's healthier to have an indoor cat. I'm not saying outdoor cat's are suitable in every area but obviously outdoor cats are going to be healthier - more exercise, ability to hunt, more adventures meaning more fun etc

  • @sofeecat yea I thought so but apparently indoor cats live longer.

  • Comment removed

  • Comment removed

  • @sofeecat a cat that lives outdoors its entire life, only has a lifespan of about 4 years, while a cat that lives indoors can live a cat's full lifespan, 15 years(or longer)

course there's nothing wrong with letting your cats play outside, my 3 cats play outside during the day, but they live indoors and get their food there.

using the words outdoor cat and indoor cat can be too broad, cos right now, yer soundin' kinda ignorant by saying that, cos a 24/7 outdoor cat ain't gonna be healthier.

  • @Chickengirl005 Obviously we're not talking about regal cats (you can't compare them), I'm talking about domestic cat's who have SOME time outside. I'm training as a vetrinary nurse and it's a well known fact that cat's who have moderate physical activity outside live longer. A domestic cat who is well fed and has a warm place to sleep (inside) but also goes outside during the day has the perfect environment.

  • @sofeecat Indoor cats get exercise just as well if you allow them to run around the house. They also have plenty of things to hunt, whether it be a toy or a bug that gets inside your house. Or if you live in the country mice that may wander in. I don't think that there is anything wrong with outdoor cats but you can't say something like that based on an opinion alone.

  • @Streetsignsdontlie It's not an opinion, and that's not what I said. I never said indoor cat's can't get exercise. I've had an indoor cat before when I lived in London, and obviously with that kind of environment (heavy traffic, small garden, dogs) we couldn't let her out. But when you live somewhere more rural and a cat (especially a young one) has the opportunity to go out, in the long run it IS proven to be healthier.

  • @sofeecat True facts: keeping cats indoors protects them from disease and all manner of dangers. Risks of outdoor life include exposure to infectious diseases, such as feline leukemia, feline immunodeficiency virus, feline infectious peritonitis, and rabies; injury or death occurring on busy roads; and attacks by predators.Granted, outside cats have less behavioral problems because they're allowed to act differently in nature. But indoors, they are still protected better.

  • @Streetsignsdontlie My cats go outside all the time, they've never had anything from that long lists of infections. Sure, indoor cats have nearly 0 chance of getting them, but think about how your cat feel for a sec. If you can't let it outside (like living in London for example) then there's nothing you can do, but if you have a safe environment to let your cat into, then by all means let it out. They have so much more fun outside, and those stuck indoors don't know what they're missing.

  • @lankygit101 Our city bylaws are the same for cats as they are for dogs. If they're outside your yard, they have to be on a leash.

  • @Streetsignsdontlie All of this is true for humans too ;)

  • @Streetsignsdontlie same thing can be said of children. would you never let your children outdoors just because they'd be safer, never get hurt or ill? No you wouldn't, it's cruel. Call it cultural differences, but in the UK it is unheard of to keep a cat locked indoors, I’ve been keeping cats all my life, and they all have had the freedom to go outside, they never go far, most of the time just laze about in the garden. They have never been ill or hurt from being outside in their entire lives.

  • @Streetsignsdontlie that makes no sense haha.

It's like saying 'well, by going out to lunch today there's a higher risk that I'll get run over, attacked by someone, catch a cold, get bitten by a dog or fall into a ditch ... therefore I shouldn't go out.'

  • I'm tired of seeing people argue on video comment. who. cares. Some people let their animals roam free, others don't. No matter what pet they are they can be run over, get rabies, get stolen, etc. But if you have an aggressive animal do not let it roam free, others may get hurt or killed, your at fault. Now on to the video... freaking funny, and for once, funnier than the ending picture :) and I agree with @dietfreeman42718 :)

  • @ChelseaxLynnTM it's the internet, what did you honestly expect? lol

  • @Streetsignsdontlie that's true...when can we start denying access to the internet for lacking intelligence?

  • don't get me wrong but....i don't see this is funny

  • @stefuhnee85

cats always go outside, even without owners' permission

  • @OniGlalie Well I don't see how, unless they know how to open a front door. I know some cats can depending on the door, but not all homes make it easy for a cat to escape.

  • @stefuhnee85 So you think that every cat that's let outdoors is going to immediately do a runner and head for the nearest road? That might be a sign your cat doesn't like you that much ;)

Only kidding, but my cats have gone outside every day since they were kittens and we've never had a problem - it's just better to introduce it to them when they're young I guess. Incidentally, outdoor cats live longer too because they get way more exercise.

  • @sofeecat I have seen my cat crossing a major road, connected to a highway, next to a large shopping center.. Very large - She's 9 or 10 and never had anything wrong - cats should not be kept in doors

  • @sofeecat Incorrect. Average life span for an outdoor cat is 4-5 years. Average lifespan for an indoor cat is 18-22 years. Feel free to google it.

  • @mastermanio2 what do you mean by outdoor though? ferral? a cat that is never allowed indoors? what about cats that live indoors but are allowed out.

Tell your stats to my 19 year old "free" cat.

  • @RainbowFountains Average doesn't mean "every single cat that will ever exist"

I say you are incredibly lucky to have such an old cat who is allowed outside. Are you in the country, perhaps? I also had a cat that lived to be about 20 years old, and we lived in the country.

  • @mastermanio2 I'm in England. As is this video. It's different here, we don't have diseases like rabies in this country, and all kittens are vaccinated against illnesses like cat flu. I live about an hour outside of London, so the suburbs, not exactly country. There are no natural predators that try to eat cats, and people don't flatten them with cars as a rule.

A cat's territory isn't large, maybe 3 or 4 houses distance max. They never go far.

My cat isn't lucky, he's considered average here.

  • @RainbowFountains brilliant comment. Especially about the territory thing; people always seem to assume that cat's run miles away when given half the chance. Also there are so many of these horribly inaccurate studies around that compare regal cats with domestic cats, when really they can't be compared since they have completely different lifestyles. Anyway there's really no point in me responding to mastermanio now since you've pretty much summed it up, so thanks!

  • @mastermanio2 No, the average lifespan of a STRAY cat is 4 years. According to lots of websites anyway, which is where I assume you got that from since you mentioned google.

  • @sofeecat I understand why cats like being outside so much. And it does make sense that cats who go outside live longer because of the higher amount of exercise. I've just never really been a fan of cats going out a lot since I've seen so many cat owners lose their cats because of an unfortunate accident or because the cat never returned. Glad at least someone has had good experiences with their cats going outside! lol

  • @stefuhnee85 well that's your choice. I don't blame you for being a bit paranoid anyway. I was really nervous letting my cats out for the first time when they were kittens :)

  • @sofeecat

    Wrong,indoor cats live longer

  • @theshow2k8 no they don't... look it up. And not on yahoo answers, in a vetrinary book comparing domestic cat's that have limited access to the outside (in a moderately safe area) with other domestic cats who have NO time outside.

  • @sofeecat first 4 weeks are important for the cat to stay inside it's new home(i don't know about kittens, but full grown ones fur sure) so that they get used to it and don't run away ^^

my cas was a hard-ass dude from the street and attecked every dog and cat, he even attacked me as a child, was afraid for a while...lol

    so yeah,cats ftw :D

  • @sofeecat Statistics indicate that the life span of an indoor cat is much longer than an outdoor cat. On average, an indoor cat lives twelve years but some cats can live for as many as twenty years. In comparison, an outdoor cat’s life expectancy is less than five years.

  • @rustdangel statistic indicate that the life quality of a outdoor cat is much better then a indoor cat. And because of this life quality they life longer. And an experienced outdoor cat can easily become 20 years. Only indoorcats who escape get run over because their masters didnt care to let them experience life.

  • @TinkieTinker Really? The experience that me and my mom have had with outdoor cats says differently... I mean, cars are not the only dangers. What about parasites, diseases and neighborhood hoodlums, among other things?

And I'm currently looking up 'outdoor cats life span' on Google, and so far all I see are articles saying indoor lives longer. I have no idea where you and sofee (and apparently 34 others) are even getting your statistics from. :/

  • @PachiPMT Um, I meant 4, not 34. I don't know where I got that number from.

  • @TinkieTinker believe what you want to, I don't know where you get your statistics but they are wrong. Google it, ask any Vet and they will say the same thing. Experience isn't going to keep them from contracting communicable diseases like Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV) and Feline Leukemia (FeLV). Or getting into fights with other animals that lead to infection and or death; or encountering people who torture animals for fun.

  • @sofeecat

You are retarded, and so is every single idiot who thumbed you up.

    Morons.

  • @ChainX Aw, don't get so pissy.

  • @sofeecat

I'm sorry. Rampant ignorance and stupidity really rub me the wrong way. I'm sure my mood would improve if you and your kind would simply educate yourselves. That way everybody wins.

  • @ChainX Ah, I see. So where did you train to be a vet?

  • @sofeecat

Oh, so in order to NOT be ignorant in regards to domestic cats, I need to be professionally trained? I guess I can't comment on bad movies either, as I have not directed an Oscar winner either. You're logic fails.

See, you made an extremely generalized statement that in reality pertains to an express fraction of the domestic feline population of the world.

Heres an example of your reasoning: My cat is like this, so, clearly, all cats are like this.

    You're an idiot.

  • @sofeecat

I'm just pointing out the flaws in your reasoning, and the best you can come up with in defense of my points is :"lol, you said you're and not your". So, I disagree with you, point out the reasons as to why your logic is incorrect, and thus I'm against everyone who has an opposing view to mine. Like I said... Your stupidity knows no bounds.

Oh, and please, for me, where exactly did I assert that "everyone who disagrees with me is a moron"?

  • @ChainX and incidentally "you are logic fails" ... the irony in that is brilliant. Thanks for the laugh. Bye.

  • @sofeecat

Wow, way to dodge all of my points by pointing out a single grammatical error, then running for the hills. Your stupidity seems to know no bounds.

By the way, it's highly ironic that you don't know the definition of irony. Oh the lulz.

  • @sofeecat lol true cause i keep swearin my cat has run away then i go 2 tha second floor and he's sitting in front of tha neighbors door lol

  • Comment removed

  • @sofeecat

Check vetinfo.com for information about the life expectancy for outdoor and indoor cats. I'm not trying to be mean or embarrass you but statistically, outdoor cats have always lived a shorter life span than an exclusively indoor cat.

  • @Ranny123 Thanks, I checked it out but there's no studies comparing cats that have some time (say four hours) outside a day with a cat that spends all it's time indoors. It also doesn't back up any of it's findings with statistics. '10 reasons your cat should be an indoor cat' sounds pretty biased to me, since really it depends where you live.

'Indoor cats live more than stray ones, due to the lack of risks.' Incredibly obvious and you can never compare stray (feral) cats to domestic cats.

  • @Ranny123 Also I should probably say that personally, I think a cat's quality of life is more important that the longevity.

And honestly (I've said this so many times now) it all depends where you live. If you live in a very urban area, heavy traffic, a lot of disease it's probably best to have an indoor cat. But if you live somewhere a bit more rural like I do, and it's a safe neighbourhood, I think it's better to let them out occasionally :)

  • @stefuhnee85 Wow I feel sorry for your cats.

  • @noobrider100 It does not hurt a cat to not go outside whenever it pleases. It's the owner's choice of whether they want their cats outside or not, and people shouldn't try to push their opinions on everyone. I've met plenty of indoor cats that are healthy and happy.

  • @stefuhnee85 It may not hurt them, but it isn't natural for a cat to be locked indoors. So it may not hurt them but it lowers their quality of life by a fair deal.
