  • I wish I started trumpet in 5th grade instead of 6th 1 note from hitting the trumpet part. I'm in 7th and can hit higher an octave higher than the highest note but not on purpose. :(

  • this sounds nothing like thriller at all. you can only tell in the chourus part of the song. by the way their shouldnot be any bellsin this song or any song by a black person or group it just ruins it. but it was still good

  • dont give woodwinds leading melodies unless its unison and played in the hgiher octaves, most marching bands don't have enough wood winds for them to play melodies and it be heard in the lower registers

  • what i told you is pretty much the jist of it, woodwinds are just an accessory, i.e. low reeds get low brass parts and flutes and clarinets will get trumpet parts, saxes can either share frenchorn parts or get their own, their bell makes them audible
