I prefer Thanos but Darkseid wins. His pre crisis feats are better than anything Thanos has done. He beats up Silver Age superman who pulls along planets. If he couldn't beat Thanos in a fist fight even though the fact that he beats up Silver Age Superman shows otherwise then he just one shots Thanos with omega beams.
