In Roe v. Wade the Supreme Court claimed that it could claim Common Law issues as superseding state law under the 9th Amendment -- which is 100% BULL SHIT!
The 9th Amendment is strictly against FEDERAL encroachment against states' rights other than those which are specifically enumerated in the Constitution-- but Lincoln stood that on its head, saying that ONLY "expressly written rights" in the Constitution count, and that the rest are up for federal grabsies.

If the Fed was Military? I think that's what you are saying, then that would make it government. It is a private corporation run by bankers, mostly European bankers. Look up the Federal Reserve bank in the phone book. It is in the White pages not the Blue pages, making it a private business. Do some google research. Our currency is not backed by anything. Paul wants to go back to the gold standard for a reason.

It can be fixed by putting a limit on charges and overhead. That and if people could keep more of what they pay in income tax they could afford out of pocket

I think that if the taxpayers didn't have to pay for illegals to get health care it would take a burden off of everyone. If I can't have dental coverage, should some welfare person have it? NO.
