Seriously thinking about buying a konig fluid head tripod.Hopefully it will make my gig videos look more smooth.Love this video and it shows whatb a difference a fluid head clearly makes.

I am interested in getting this tripod as it looks like it may be a bargain. Can I ask, if you remember, what happens at about 2.25 in the video.

You pan up along a branch and then hold the image, but there seems to be noticeable shake. Was this you just locking the camera off? Similar is a 3.10 and 3.25. They all seem to be as you focus the camera or zoom. Does the tripod hold it steady enough when a user is interacting with the camera?

Yeah, your right - that particular shake was when I was switching the front control ring on the camera from zoom to focus, and its a pretty stiff switch so the camera did well keeping it as stable as it did through that!

And the later two, 3.10 + 3.25, is when I had to press a "go" button on the cameras touch screen to trigger the focus transition. Its a stupid design with the camera - but hey! It looks beautiful anyway! Great tripod for the money! So cheep!

First of all your video is so impressive. I saved and saved to purchase this camera and a bunch of accessories and Iove it, I do have a big issue cause I do not know how to transfer from tape to pc in HD to for editing and DVD producing. If you have advice I would be so greatful David
