everybody who says it 's bad don't think first it's clever that thre is piece of string i bet you that no one was expecting that and socond f you think it's dumb why buy it i bet (again) that all you people who bought it just bought it to know the secret so STFU IT'S YOURE OWN FAULT
@BlackRoof My dad wasted 16 dollars on this shit. All it is is some cardboard disk thing with what looks like a chunk of black hash to use as a putty for sticking what looks like strands of asian women's hair. Not a bad trick for little kids but for 16 bucks, what a fuckin waste. The instructions are fuckin hilarious to read though, can't barely understand the english they try to use.
I went to toys r us and got it. 15 dollars Im like ok. Went to Nintendo Worl and found a Zelda Triforce Cap for 10. I opened up my Ufo thingy and when I saw that string Im like yyyyyyyeah youre going back and then I got my cap xD In other words I hated it!!!!
I just wasted £10. I thought it was something to do with magnetic field to make this float as SCIENCE MUSEUM was written over it. I was wrong. It's a thin bit of string that you attach behind your ear. It's such a bloody SCAM ! I am returning it right after this post.
ITS JUST A STRING! i got one when i went to disney world yesterday but its still sweet once u learn how to do it with the string and make it look flawless. it has putty attached to the string and u put it behind your ear and dangles dwn. but its still kinda fun
Please do not waste your money on this. There is no science involved, it is a trick involving wrapping a piece of string around your ear. I paid £12 for a piece of invisible string and some cardboard. This must be the the most useless purchase i have ever made.
god damn niave people... i tell you... oh well at least there is some minor entertainment value out of other peoples own stupidity...
you think me laugthing at someone buying something made out of cardboard and string for 10 bucks is ranting??? you need to readjust your vocabulary buddy.. try reading a book for a change of pace...
so you pretty much tried denouncing my intelligence on the original video, claiming me to be ranting on a topic i have no general knowledge on, and now a week later, you are finally realizing that my prejudgement, although not necessary, was in fact true, nonetheless...
and that my friend is why i stated earlier, that, although ignorance is bliss, there is still some minor entartainment value to be found within:P
whats official? your preference for the same sex? oh and i am not british, but thanks for asking, in a rather demanding way... Canadian, if you were wondering...
hahahahahaHAHAHAAHAHA...are you serious? your serious, right?... then what am i watching exactly???? is it some kind of magical device, in which no one but the owner, understands the mythical logic behind which the object conducts its show?!?!?
come on man, you MUST, be a bit smarter than that-
that IS cardboard, with a string, in order to create a poor illusion- end of discussion-
you're one of the kind that just says things without proof also what do ya know maybe it does fly and it is just made like that you should try it instead of throwing baseless conjecture away on comments why don't ya just get over that cheapiness and buy one and post a video about it after you found out it does work k? ;)
dude, please shut up, it is a card board and a hair thin string. friend of mine has bought it so i know. need any more proof? or do you still believe it's magic?
to end this with the official answer.. i have dabbled in magic tricks and this basically goes along with the same principle as the floating card trick. All it is, is a hair thin fishing line that is attached to the back of the ear and then to the object in question.
that is why when no hands are used to make the object float the user has to bend over, and spin to keep the object from touching them. and to make it move, all that needs to be done is to control the line between the fingers.

this is what we call - False advertising by toy shop. My son just felt sad, coz it is not cool at all, you need to attach a blue tac to your ear.
So I just return to Hamleys.
