In a way. You spend some time playing as Bowser or Koopa as he is refered to in this version as you explore the overworld. Meanwhile Mario and Luigi have micro adventures inside Bowser but periodically leave Bowser's body for important things like finding the Miracle Vaccines

FORGET IT. The game's not coming that early. It is coming in December of 09 for the US and Europe. Believe me everybody who wnats this game. This release date has been confirmed. You can got to vgreleases(dot)com for complete proof.

the reason why the toads are so BIG is because of an outbreak of metakross (pronounced meh-tah-kroh, at least in japanese, the english pronounciation is unclear) matakross causes the toads to swell to the size of....SIZE. search the internet for more details
