  • I can watch this every day. The best guitar solo in history. Lindsey just kills it here. He's one of the most underrated musical geniuses of all time. One of the best songs in history with that inhuman guitar solo.

  • Stevie can't take her eyes off Lindsey :)

  • must have listened to thiss song like a million times over! WHAT A TUNE!!!!

  • The drummer looks like my math teacher

  • Well, I was in at that time and they were great and still ARE, I miss this kind of music,

  • fleetwood mac.... so many good memories of my teenage years :) love you guys, even to this day!!

  • Thumbs up if this made you want to go back to the 1970s and chop a couple nice big lines off an eight-ball.

  • @HickysBoy LOL. Your comment reminds me of Adam Carolla's line about the "sweet spot" for getting laid: Pre-AIDS, Mid-Coke.

  • They made the must amazing songs

  • 1:45

  • Music used to be so wonderful, the music produced now is absolute crap most of the times. And the songs that are actually really good get no recognition. For instance, Florence + the machine's 'What the water gave me' is a song of our current generation that can actually compete with some of the older songs, but seeing how its barely played anywhere, it will never get any recognition makes me sad really

  • @TheRoryBrain yeah but this was about the band haha

  • there is the classic gut awesome version by Fleetwood and the modern but unique version by Leah Michelle

  • Love the look of death Stevie is giving Lindsay at 0:05

  • Great song and Stevie Nicks ... Simply Wow what a Cutie!!

  • 2:54

  • 2.54 - Nice headbang :)

  • Just letting you all know that the sound is really warped in this video and this performance sounded very different.

    watch?v=WjLaj2GROjU

    ^ Here's a better quality version.

  • great song, can't listen to the stuff they call music these days, must be getting old,or just got an ear for good music?.

  • @ab240867 no, tis the latter indeed, you got a good ear for music

  • @ab240867 nah music today stinks lol

  • One of the best songs off one the great albums of time,

  • the drummer is a 6'5 junkie

  • @wertpollwert and?

  • @wertpollwert Who cares.!!!!

  • Why is Lady Gaga a suggested video????

  • Now I have seen and heard them 5 953 097 times.

  • poop

  • "Packin up shakin up is all you wanna do" dude she's standing right next to you

  • She just stares him out all the way through...love it

  • dat bassline

  • I LOVE how she sabotages his song from about 2.20 and smiles the whole way til the end.

that will teach him to write a mean sonf!

  • Those 5 play like they where meant to be,yet almost didn't.Mic wanted Lyndsay and he say him and Stevie where a package,I.E; Rolling Stone But glad they got together!!Rock On!!!

  • Stevie <3

  • I love that smokin' keyboard solo at 2:08

  • oomph stevie nicks I totally would, then and now

  • Must have been hard for stevie ... he couldn't satisfy her so she looked elsewhere (honestly about it) he writes a song .... Woe is him .... Twat ... If he was all man then she would have stayed put..

  • @denised6 Aw fuckin grow up!

  • I heard this 2 days after Christmas '09 on the internet I hadn't heard Fleetwood Mac for years think I was 9 or 10 when I was into them

  • Stevie was so damn hot

  • you can go your own way baby. don't forget my name.

  • Some heavy shit going on there between Lindsey and Stevie. They were constantly together and then breaking up. Song is not the same without the lead solo.

  • @Sarasdad91 I agree. How this band sold those millions of albums without killing each other in the process must be a miracle; And, just think, they reunited years later. Go figure.

  • happiest break up song i've ever heard lol

  • Stevie Nicks from 1977: Will you marry me?

    please? :)

  • @zvikad

she can't, i invented a time machine, went back to '77 and made her mine and now she belongs to me (btw, I destroyed the time machine)

    muwahahahahahaha!

  • @zvikad

I've already asked the question and the answer is, "NO"

I just love her voice. When she sings "Thunder only Happens when its Raining"

    good comment.

    k :)

  • Looks like she has a tear in her eye 1:24 :-(

  • @cletusbigtoe who would not have tear with that song!

  • @car30cr - Satan.....

  • We're an independent label trying to make it in this game and the best way to do that is by being more known on youtube. One of the ways we stand out is we help unsigned artists get more fans by uploading their songs for a new fan base

You can change our future with one simple click.

Please thumbs up so other people can see this and check out our channel and comment with feedback if you like, also if you think we could improve.

If you like check the other artists we have over 80 vids up!

    Cheers!

  • Respond to this video... stevie is so cute

  • well maybe Lindsey's in standard tuning. Stevie is in control! 2:18 - 2:24.

  • Like everyone's life the difference between being late 20's (here) and late 30's (Tango in the Night era) is huge. By then you've just had enough of going hard. Here they are so young and full of energy in the late 1970's scene. Lindsay sure could sing.

  • What can I say... "The Mac" BRILLIANT

  • dang they was hard rockin. Like a lot of so-called popgroups. Mick is one of my top three rock drummers. Not sure who the other two is. Lindsey's all no pick and open tuning. Someone probably said somethin to John McVie about the blue jean cut off fetish he has, and he probly tol em to fuk off. Stevie is an absolute vision.

  • I so wish they would had the camera on Stevie when he sang "Packing up, Shacking Up's all you want to do"....she hated this line, told him to take it out & he refused.

  • @tannalv are you fucking kidding me?! You would seriously compare FLEETWOOD FUCKING MAC to GLEE?!

  • Love that song!

  • Just one of many fabulous songs from this band...love, love, love!!!

  • I like how she's singing it to him, too, even when he wrote the song!

  • Superb! Very intense music, Simply class. Fleetwood Mac, just the best!

  • How dare anybody say glee did this better. Fleetwood Mac was number one for a reason. Every song on that one album was a top hit and still gets played today. I NEVER HEAR GLEE ON THE RADIO, OR ON THE NEWS! Sorry bout the caps, but I'm drunk!

  • mi guta la rolaaa

  • exciting stuff!!

  • great great video ....loving this!

  • can samebady tell whats the name of guy who,s singing wiht stevie thank u

  • @The55545554 hisname is lindsey buckingham hestill tours now he isin my part of theworld next fortnight

  • @tannalv FUCK GLEE!!

  • man buckingham is reeling in this video. So much emotion... Broken heart can be a beautiful thing.

  • O... M... G... So long ago yet still so fantastic. Timeless

  • Man fleetwoodmac is my number one! I enjoy watching 1977 super show-where can I find that album??????

  • I would totally bone Stevie Nicks then and now

  • such a great song! Stuck in my head all day

  • awesome.

  • it looks like Stevie was gonna cry... :-(

  • I heard this in January 2010 at 14 3/4

  • ESTA CANCION ES MUY BUENA ME GUSTA

  • i'm dancing out off my window right now :-)

  • I photographed Fleetwood Mac in 1977. To see the shots go to 70srockphotos (.com)

  • ronnie. I have a female american cousin and during our conversations together she thought that FM is an all british group! I told her thatg thats how the band started off but over the years the guitarist as been changed from a brit to an american and the fab girl in the sexy dress/costume is american - she was quite pleased with that - seeing that her husband is getting crazy with FM.

  • At first, God created heaven and the earth ... and He saw that it was good. Then, He created Fleetwood Mac and Stevie Nicks ..... and He saw that it was even better!!

  • @ronnie241259 Hi. Great summing-up! :-)

  • Comment removed

  • @ronnie241259 dont forget lindsey!!

  • @miki4088pen

By saying Fleetwood Mac, i mean all the members, Lindsey,John, Christine, Mick and the original members like Peter Green. Stevie added her divine voice to make them even better ..... and He did a good job !!

  • @ronnie241259 i cant argue with that logic dude

    they all add something special

  • Comment removed

  • @ronnie241259 No he created adam and eve and eve took a bite from the apple and cursed us forever... then he created Fleetwood Mac and it reversed the curse. hahahaha you bet!

  • me as well

  • hughes. Hi again. I hate posers; and the way that singer in the Oasis video looks down at the viewers (as the mic hides his mouth so often - why is that?) is a perfect example of this!. I've been watching his brother behind him while trying to look skilled on his guitar yet fails every time because the silly cameraman keeps his distance from his fingers on the strings (why is that?) Compare him to the guitar bit as He speeds up. Fantastic natural born weight of his fingers on the strings..

  • If you like Fleetwood Mac, type in "Castlecomer - Danny's Den"

CASTLECOMER are talented enough to be the next Fleetwood!!!!

  • just wow!!!

  • Stevie Nicks-perfect

  • For those guys n gals who arent aware of Oasis's scandels of plagerising other bands/singers/drinks Comanies work take a look at their many examples on Wiki!

  • @Bigpheet MAYBE BUT UCANT DOUBT NOEL GALLAGHERS SONG WRITING CAPABILITIES,,IF NOT I DIRECT U TO HIS SONG LISTEN UP ABOUT THE TAXMAN FANTASTIC

  • Someone just sent me a e-mail of a gig I should "enjoy" by oasis in their beloved football clubs stadium - no chance. I don't need my PC tainted with their body language/plagerised music!

    *

No wonder the brothers fell out. One of um or maybe both at the same time realised they failed miserably not making it big in the US. (yeah, they've got a few fans in the states but you will find that they are mostly ex-pats or children of ex-pats etc etc.

  • Natural, God-given Talent! It can't be bought nor taught!

    *

You only need look at this hands n fingers to see that it comes so naturally to him - as if he's got hold of a butterfly and it depends on his perfect weight of touch or chaos.

  • Yeah man... Such a classic song... The sound quality is pretty poor but the parts that I could make our are just so profound.

YOU CAN GROW YOUR OWN WEED! GROW YOUR OWN WEED! SO YOU CAN SMOKE HOME GROWN WEED! YOU CAN SAY YOU DIDNT KNOW! YOU CAN GROW YOUR OWN WEED! CALL IT OREGANO!

    Man, I've been there...

  • @SFrankford I see we have a resident Oasis groupie! Don't tell me! Your a manchester lad and your football team is Man City!

A bit of 60-70s adivice: Do some research on FM. Then sit back and listen (accuratly) to their LYRICS! - Hammer-head!

  • @SFrankford Too be honest buddie, the difference between the natural talent of SN and the "contiinual struggle with their guitars strings" of the two Gallagher brothers is so blooming obvious that its an insult really to mention them in the same breath as FM!

  • @Frankford real music should either 1) make you smile all the time or 2) make you cry. Oasis does none of these things!

    *

Thats why Don Mclean - when writing about buddy holly and is own choice of music - said: "buddy made me smile" in his brilliant master-piece - "American Pie"

We no longer hear "smily music" these days (only angry stuff).and thats why Oasis is so popular amongst so very few true music lovers. I suppose It must have something to do with being city fans!

  • Have any of you guys heard of the british group "Oasis"?

They fashion themselves on the beatles though they rant n rage if someone points this out to them!

Well, you should hear their music, its Crap! And they think that the straining of the voice (as if they are the first to sing that way) is obnoxious to say the least. They even have the same type of of hair styles as the beatles as if that will change their horrible ranting yobbish type music?

If music hell exists? they are the door men.

  • @Bigpheet I've only heard their(oasis) music twice and I thew 3 pints of holy water at my radio.Haven't heard them since.

  • @Bigpheet dont talk out of yousbumcrack 40 million albumsdont sell for nothing n if u grew up in the uk ud love them too the voiceofa generation no doubt

  • sad they arent together i love stevie she is so classy

  • At 1.42 looks like she would love to hit him with the tambourine, how could he break up with such a classy woman.

  • @Roelvvv your moms trash bitch! Awesome song!

  • Ce "Super Group" sera toujours d'actualité. Sa musique ne se démodera JAMAIS... Merci à vous tous : Christine, Stevie, John, Mike et Lindsay!!!

  • Great song!

  • I grew up in the 90's! What I time. But I would have loved to experience Fleetwood Mac when the lovely duo joined. Stevie cam get anyone in her day. Luv her silk outfits. I have a crazy fanTasy of doing cover of them. 70"s was truly pure for guitar playing. Thank u mom for getting me into the best music. Tony from up in Ak peeps

  • Sad that this song actually tells the story of the breakup of LBuckingham and S Nicks, instead of breaking down, write a song about it, one of the best pop songs ever in my opinion.....how strong and talented have u to be to do that kind of thing?Lindsay Buckinghams ,voice and music, his legacy is iternal, forever part of human culture.Oh, and yes ofcourse stevie nicks has a part in it too.

  • There is no band who can take their place today.

  • Thumbs up if you set this as your alarm clock too

  • i love this song and ill always love it

  • Mick is kinda wound up, huh? Can you imagine? Ha!

  • It sounds weird because it was sped up... it's about a 1/2 step higher than the original. Probably a film-to-video transfer issue.

    peace

  • 2:18 - so cute smile <3

  • Who's the guy singing with the guitar? Is he the one who had a romantic relationship with Stevie?

  • Uhhhh that was Lindsay Buckingham .@bohogirl10

  • Lindsey sounds so much better with his Les Paul here than the Turner Model 1 he's been carting around for the last thirty years. The solid body of the Les Paul gives it a fantastic rocking tone!

  • THIS IS TRASH THIS IS AWFULL!

  • @Roelvvv :O Why????

  • What would you bloody know about it!@Roelvvv

  • 1:24 Stevie!!!!

  • i love this song. I loved this version up until 2.40 when everyone starting screeching.

  • gets the adrenalin flowing makes you want to listen to it again and stevie nicks what a babe scoopermanu

  • fleetwood mac is the bset band 0f the 70's hands down!

  • just, fuck yeah

  • Steveie was so stoned she could barely shake her tambourine. Who cares when you look that good.

  • I wanna go with eeevelinaa !! what a Band, what a song !!!

  • One of the greatest drummers of all time imho

  • @freakodeluxe Who's the drummer?

  • @bohogirl10 Mick Fleetwood

  • So raw it's amazing.

  • la mejor :)

  • Audience?

  • didn´t that guy on guitar show up as a girl later on?

  • thumbs up if tobys deus ex play-through brought you here XD

  • this song makes me want to jump out of my window, run all the way to a foreign country, kiss a perfect stranger, find the love of my life, go on a rollercoaster, run with antelopes on the savannah in the sunset, cry, make snow angels naked in the snow, jump off the biggest cliff and die, meet God and dance with him to this song, then be brought back to life so that i can press the replay button. :)

  • @eeevelinaa sounds incredible... just the way you said it too...!!!!

  • @eeevelinaa , wow :)

  • @eeevelinaa Couldn't have said it better myself :)

  • @eeevelinaa I nearly cried to what you just said! I was in the supermarket this afternoon and heard this song play and it took me into an other world without warning, left desperate to find it again and here I see someone describe what could only be the most fleeting moment of day written before me. Absolute poetry. Thank you :)

  • @mrmobyjones Wow.... that's really beyond words. I love when you hear a song that gives you that feeling. Amazing comment, almost made me cry haha! Thank you.
