I never make Level 2 to be 100%, cuz you need to die for it (and you have to be also very lucky), and you'll lose the collection bonus at the bonus level's end.

Its good! Nice run. Could you show me this run though only one life? :) That's could be better... :) My best is 97% during one life... I can't extend it but I think it can be better somehow...

The best I can get with 1 life is 98% (if 1up bonus counted as 1% then I think 99% is possible (but very hard to pull).

To get 100%, we have to sacrifice minimal 1 life. I use 2 lifes here because the last trick is very hard to do.

here is how to do the last trick:

on the pig section, after getting all the items on the bottom staw except the last ice cream, go to the top staw. get all items and stop right before the 1up bonus.

Here you have to jump way past the "end level mark" (i dont know what the name is) but try to get the 1up bonus too - this one is very hard!,

if you success our man will fall to the bottom straw!. hold the left button until our man righ on top of the ice cream.
