Acctually you can get past the gate before the battle starts, just have a pal with Mechano-hog/Mekgineer's chopper to drive up to the gate with the carriage side first jump into the carriage cuz it will be outside the gate since it stics so long out from the mount itself when you outside in it just click the exit button and you'll still be outside of the gate. You can't make much use of this though, cuz if you go too far away from the starting area you will beported back if it hasn't started.

If you run into the gate while waiting for the game to start it will actually delay you for like a split second. just run out when the gate opens and youll get past everyone who were running into the gate.

Those that make strategies are playing for gear alone rather than for fun. If people are playing to win entirely, then they are all undergeared and most likely aren't going to win. It's the groups that are casual and wish to just kill things that will correctly control the opposition.

Sorry to say Mr. Wowcrendor, but the best way to tell that your BG is bad is if you make a strategy. Chances are, no one will follow it, but normally those that create strategies are "tryhard scrubs" rather than good players. Generally, I just take some guildmates (NAO Gaming - watch zeh tournies <3) and kill things as we see fit and it's simple enough to get a 5 cap through skill alone.

Thats battle strategy, not the fact that every single horde has about 20 battle potions that heals 40k health and best possible gear, abilities, frickin' SHAMANS, racials, mounts, glyphs, crits... etc.

how to also tell if the cap the flag bg will fail: a noob in cloth armor or a low level crap geared idiot rushes to the flag, carries it, rushes faster than the rest, in front of all the team, runs out of the tunnel AND get ganked. the idiot will then yell ''thanks for the help! noobs!''

another quick way of determining a loss: *clicks bg info, opposing faction tab* *sees classes* rogue, rogue, rogue, rogue, rogue, paladin, paladin, priest, mage.

But the well know one is WSG, with many wow players quitting before cataclysm. You don't have to exit from the tunnel its a quick walk out where u can mount up and go down the ramp. AND I would rather grab the flag as a clothie, like I usually do and 3 cap, then give it to some shitty Warr with with more survivability.
