Maybe tighten the snare more? It sounds a little too fluffy for the song. Also I think you over do it on suspended symbols, but it could just be the recording.

Excellent job man. I love your set-up. Was it just me, or was the cymbal work more prominent in this song than some of the other ones you play? I'm a guitarist by the way, so I could be wrong. But i just love listening to Dream Theater and appreciating what Portnoy, Myung and Moore/Rudess are doing as well as LaBrie and Petrucci. Nah,,,just keep practicing! You can do anything on your kit. You just have to adapt the parts to your kit. I've been doing it for years. My kit was a 5 piece kit for about 12 years, so it is possible.

At first I wanted to rate your video as poor because of the sound of your drum, etc... many things... Then I watched the whole video and understood that it takes a lot of courage to shoot video like this. Erotomania is my favorite song by DT (i'm their hard core fan for more than 12 years). I think you did a good job but you need to practice a lot. You have great roll models. I rated with 5 stars :)

Thats great work. I've been playing for about 5 years but never attempted anything this tricky. I can now play overture 1928 perfectly.
