when i click on my bat file it pops up your box but it says javac is not recognized as an internal or external command what do i do?

My HelloWorld doesnt work.. when i start the run.bat file i get this message:

exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError­; HelloWorld/java
