At first the phone is good and awesome but after like 7-8 months it becomes a nightmare, freezes when sending a text message, the online web browsing is worse than a flip phone and one second you have all your service bars but as soon as someone calls you have no bars and you have to hang up and call that person again

I agree. GREAT phone to start off with. I got mine yesterday, and it is my first phone, but in gray, (I LIKE BLUE!) and mine doesn't freeze or anything ( I hope) But the thing I don't like about it is that it doesn't let you have no more less that 7 apps and you have to have Wi-Fi to download apps!

I have this phone. I liked it at first. Loved the fact it was a messaging phone but was still eco friendly. But after I got it and turned it on, i noticed the screen would freeze all the time. It was soo annoying. Well about a week ago after having this phone for about a year every time i slide the keyboard out the screen would go black and stay that way. My boyfriend tryed calling during the day and i couldnt hear him but he could hear me. Text messages wouldnt send right either.

I remember this phone. I got it last year in blue (it sucks that they got rid of that nice color when they started offering it in gray), and technically it was my first phone, even though I shared one before that. it was nice for a feature phone and I got the epic a few days ago cuz I accidentally took the reclaim In the pool... oops. The epic is great but I really hate it's power hungry features, the reclaim had a much better battery life.

reclaim is better. I have it, and the exclaim in my sprint store, eh I would give the exclaim a 3.75 out of 5, and I would give the reclaim a 4.5 out of five. The only thing I don't like about reclaim is the ring tones are a lil lame, but other then that, it's a great phone. I seriously recommend it.

you need to pull that micro-sd card out and the adapter that comes with for your phone for a full sized sd card put that into your computer then save it onto your computer then upload from were its saved on your computer.

i was dissappointed when i got the phone also.. i figured it out though... if you are on the main screen and you hit the "ok" button.. go to entertainment and then go to music (with your card inserted) all your music will load :) Hope I helped!!
