And did you see any part of the carbide burr touching the seat? it depends on the one porting. if you cannot control your hands. then dont port at all

the piston used in this head is a domed piston, that's why we've matched the combustion chamber to the shape of the piston top and this is not a motorcycle shop, this is a machine shop that uses a SERDI 3-5 Angle Valve Seat Cutting Machine. that's why we do the porting first before cutting the seat. The mirror polishing is done to the combustion chamber and the exhaust port to lessen carbon deposits. The intake is rough (golf-ball) finish to atomized more the air-fuel mixture.

@. Raybertruin. Uu tama ung luob Lang ung daanan ng hangin make sure tnggalin mu kuna valve and spring pra wala sagabal most impt to prevent damaging para walang singaw.

lol i'm having this work done today on my vintage xr80. i'm staying away from the bowl though, i don't want to lower the compresion at all. the part that is getting worked is the short turn radius and the seat, i have found that is where you can get the most power gains
