I think your math doesn't add up at the end....PTI was establised in 1996, 13 years later those 27 year old are 40 now, yet PTI hasn't been able to make any visible progress towards its objective...I don't believe in next 10 years when they are 50, making 78% of voting population, PTI would get even 10% of vote....hence your assumption, sadly, doesn't hold up..
