It reminds me of Downtown Richmond, Virginia in the United States. I certainly recognize the Greek inflluence in the architectural design of its courthouses and state government buildings. Thanks for a such a nice video. The live models in the window were amusing. And the tiny little streets made me think of beautiful painted landscapes I have seen over the years of my life.

That's really a shame for such a city steeped in culture and history,The cradle of western civilization. Athens should've been the model city for the 21 first century in my opinion, NOT Singapore. It should be the leader in modern infrastructure and architecture with some of the worlds tallest and most influential buildings. I look at at Constantinople's skyline, 'the business district' and i want to cry .
@dervit Dude, As a greek I can tell one thing. Modern greeks,we are lazy. Only f we have a serious reason we move our @sses. Moreover, Rome is one of the most beautifu cities I ever met and has no skyscrapers, this is it secret, classical beauty that will last. However Athens lacks a lot still in infrustructurs allthoug the last 10 yeras has changed a LOT. I hope its Soul and character wont change through migration from the East. Migration could be a good chance to renew the city...
@dervit Athe4nsAthens does not need to have skyscrapers,..which are very ugly! ...When you have a great building like the Parthenon you don't need to built beasts around it!!!
@dervit well, do not expect really high structures in modern greece. One reason is that small Neoclassic structures that were abaddoned in the past begun to com again in site as the favourite ones, and also Athens is a highly Sismic place for a capital, so most building are not higher than 6 to 10 floors.
