How do i explain this to a salon stylist? Everytime i try explaining this they cut it completely wrong to the point that i have to cut all my hair away and start from scratch. Happened three times already and it was a waste of growing. Please help :(

@natters1029 get the hairdresser to cut an outline shape first which has a long fringe and the sides cover half your ears.

Then cut an even 3 inch layer through your hair, cutting texture into the top layers.
