Our first adopted daughter from Wuhan, Huebei was wearing the same outfit when we received her as Allee was wearing when you received her. My heart fills with joy when I see that red adoption outfit.

I'm from Springfield, Missouri.
There's quite a few families adopting kids from China there and overall, it isn't too bad of a place to raise them. Really depends on how the parents want to raise them.
