  • I've got a month before I start my school. Even though I'm 53kg and 165cm , I've got a muffin top for 2 years . I'm gonna do this plus joggin for 5 min on the spot everyday . Hope it makes a diff:)

    It all depends on how intense the workout is. You need to combine these exercises with some sort of cardio workout. When I say cardio, I don't mean running 60 miles, but more Interval training & high intensity resistance training. The "secret" to actually losing weight from your abdominal area is by doing full body workouts. So by combining the exercises in the video above with other exercises you will then start burn fat.

    Sorry for the long winded answer!

  • @princeroyceily5433 It all depends on who you are. if you are lucky as i am it took less than 4 days. but you have to eat good and do it everyday! hope that helped (:

  • I did a lot, if not most, of these exercises in my dance aerobics class. If you keep up with it, it truly does work. I didn't really keep up with it, so I lost it. However, if you maintain and push yourself, you will build endurance and battle that nasty fat that I've been fighting for years. And here I thought it was hereditary...
