That's "6 days". This was in the Student Activity Center at Dordt College, in Sioux Center Iowa. The wall we stuck the notes to was actually the sides of two sets of stairs; on the left going up to the campus center and on the right going down to the bowling alley/game room.

Personally, I think they should have put a big Plexiglas sheet over it and kept it forever. But then again, I was one of the creators.

attractive to look at, funny, truthful without being preachy. There hasn't beeen a comic strip series that can compare with Calvin and Hobbes. The Far Side and For Better or For Worse matched Calvin and Hobbes, but nothing before or since can best that strip. I was really sorry to see it go.......

How did you make the template for it?

We started with a Microsoft Paint file that was 32 pixels tall and 100 pixels wide (first we measured the wall and figured out how many notes would fit on it...it was 32x100). Each pixel in the Paint image represented a note. When we had a image we were pleased with, we counted up the numbers for the different colors and ordered the correct amount of each. Finally we copied the image over into MS Excel so we'd have a grid reference to help us avoid mistakes.
