In my opinion, I think that the Yukon is understated elegance. Too bad most people would rather have its gay big brother, the Escalade...dripping in "chrome".
they are the same car, and the escalade is listed at like $20,000 more. the inside is the same, same chassis, smaller engine in the escalade, and some more bling on the escalade, not worth an extra $20,000.
@mantlemonkey30 smaller engine in the Escalade???? the Escalade comes standard with a 6.2 liter V-8 producing 403 BHP. Where do you get your "facts" from? and FYI both vehicles are made by GM
I bought one like this one 3-days ago in Gold Mist with Cocoa and Light Cashmere leather to match my 2008 Black Raven Escalade. Awesome ride. The only complaint I have about it is the navigation and/or the software seems to be defective, everytime I start the engine I have to press the damn "OK" disclaimer in order to use the navigation., plus on top of that, the voice prompts are either late or too early., sometimes it doesn't even give the correct directions at all.
U It is suppose to show disclaimer so they dont get sued by dumbcraps that are watching it while they drive and crash, same thing in the sequoia, and for the delay, I have a garmin handheld and it seams nav systems are never perfect but better than nothing
The new 2007 Yukon and Yukon Denali both are miles ahead of the previous models. I have the 2007 Yukon SLT, and even with the 5.3 liter it sounds great. I think that the 6.2 liter GM models, such as the Escalade share the same exhaust cylinder as the 5.3 liter. Does your Denali have variable valve timing?

I'd much rather have a Denali over an Escalade any day. Much less gaudy.

Ya me too. The escalade isn't nearly as nice looking.

@remembermorrison I love the escalade ESV but I think I would rather have the denali instead only if it is longer and cheaper gas price and more mpg
