Your knowledge inspires a lot of confidence, but the fact is I can't hear half of what you say. Not only is the sound not loud enough for me, but you speak so quickly. I know you have a lot to fit into a short time-span. But is there anything can be done to make it louder and clearer? Accompanying text maybe, using voice to text software to make it easier? Marlene
