I am from Canada. It is interesting to hear your perspective. I had my suspicions that Obama was just a false hope and you have confirmed this. I think the reaal hope lies in people everywhere strengthening their community. We must start connecting at a grass roots level, outside of government. Really the biggest problems related to poverty are a lack of food, nutrition, poor mental and physical health, poor role models. Each community has to heal itself, starting in schools and churches.
