Some other youtube audio tests of this mic have a lot of background noise. This is supposed to be a dynamic mic which means it only picks up from the top and you have to be really close to it and loud like any other dynamic mic. I ordered this just now, I hope I don't have this issue :( Your tests sounds absolutely perfect and quiet :)

@trevinoband if you look closely you can see that on the mic there is a headphone output so you can listen on sound levels direct.
