Its because the queen, SEPERATED form them all, and they became INDEPENDANT countries, all SEPERATE members of the common wealth.
It ALL a big PLAN.
The OLD british empire, gets its vote, split into several, ALL equal votes, even though some of their countries, are a few thousand people.
And they ALL share the SAME Queen !!!!!!
