You've probably been told already, but my time as a medic just makes me have to say it. You say Kritz on offense and Uber on defense, but I say the opposite. When you attack, the enemy should be laying massive fire down whatever corner you come from if they're at all competent, so you need invincibility to get anything done. On the other hand, if you're defending, you know the general direction they come from and should be rooted in a position to do damage with crits to help kill packs.

Due to infinite ammo while being on the point you can constantly shoot (meaning constantly spychecking too) and also be a very hard target to take down while still doing massive damage. Arguably, the heavy is the best class in offensive payload.
