The Republicans call this "Honest Opposition", but Americans see it for what it is: childish partisan attacks.

The only reason he didn't get an answer is because he didn't know the parliamentary procedure to ask the question. I would like to think knowing Roberts' Rules is something most Reps. can handle... guess not.
