Matthew "Boogie Jake" Jacob is alive and well. He is in his 80's and living in Louisiana again after many years in California. He let me know about his old tunes on YouTube.

@Buddy50s Thanks Buddy. Wish I knew more about this guy. He's from Baton Rouge yet recorded this on Chess Records about the same time Lloyd Price was attempting to be Leonard Chess's version of Dave Bartholomew.
