It pisses me off when people remake popular songs. I just heard a remake of Pink-Aerosmith today on a comercial. It really pissed me off because, you know, its not that great of a song. The only good the about that song was that Aerosmith did it.. (I Like em dont love em) And then this little retard girl comes and does "Her rendition" and probably got a record deal. I think it should be illegal to profit off of a remake of a song, especially if the origional artist is still alive AND performing.

Adam Young (Owl City) tries hard to sound like Ben Gibbard(This singer) and fails in my opinion. Owl City has a good voice in his own respect and fireflies is a catchy tune (I admit when it used to be on the radio, i would catch myself humming along) but this is certainly more poigniant songwriting and Ben's voice is just... baby bottom smooth. I don't think there is even a question about who is the more talented among them.
