I think the action figures WERE available! Because take a look at the message:

"Ask your local toy store of how to get the Cheetahmen action figures NOW!!"

Meaning that it had to be shipped to the store and then given to instead of having them on the shelf or racks! It's probably not on EBay because everybody hated the game and didn't want one, the owners of the figures don't wanna tell nor sell them because of how bad it was, or threw them away or blew them up. :(

Yes, the Tengen games are of a very high quality overall (arcade ports mostly), and a few of the Camerica games are good. Most of the Color Dreams, ACGI, and AVE games are awful though.

Cool, can't wait for the next part. I were really interested by Action 52 a few months ago, I did alot of research on it and stuff. There is even a fan website with an interview with a man behind Action 52 for the Genesis, it's worth a look. :P
